Method

Prep Marinade
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, kosher salt, and ground black pepper until smooth and fragrant.
Marinate Chicken
  1. Add the boneless, skinless chicken thighs to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for a few hours or overnight for better flavor.
Cook Chicken
  1. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Cook the chicken by grilling, baking, or pan-searing to your preference. For added enjoyment, serve with Garlic White Sauce.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight to enhance flavor. Ensure the grill is preheated for optimal cooking. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
