  • 6 slices Provolone Cheese Creamy and slightly smoky, complementing the other cheeses.
  • Salt and Pepper Essential seasonings to boost flavors.
  • Sesame Seeds (optional) For added nuttiness and visual appeal.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, season your sliced ribeye with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Drizzle olive oil into a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak and cook until browned.
Cooking
  1. Add the onions and green peppers to the skillet and cook until the onions are softened and caramelized (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Turn off the heat and mix in the American cheese until melted and combined.
  3. Slice slider rolls in half and place the bottom half on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Spread generously on both halves of the rolls.
  5. Layer the warm steak and veggie mixture over the bottom halves, then top with provolone cheese slices.
  6. Place the top halves over the cheese. Cut the butter into small slices and place on top of the slider rolls.
  7. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops of the buns are golden brown.

Notes

For extra flavor, sauté the garlic with the steak. Consider adding mushrooms or jalapeños for more flavor or heat. For a crispy texture, toast the slider rolls lightly before assembling.
