Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated carrots, chopped napa cabbage, white parts of the green onions, minced garlic, ground ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a single layer of wonton wrappers over the chicken mixture, allowing them to overlap slightly.
- Continue layering with another portion of the chicken mixture and then another layer of wonton wrappers, repeating until you have three layers of each, finishing with a top layer of wonton wrappers.
- Slowly pour the chicken broth around the edges of the casserole.
- Cover tightly with a lid, or if using parchment paper, cover securely with foil.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the wonton wrappers are soft.
- Allow the lasagna to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with the green parts of the green onions and a drizzle of chili crisp.
Notes
Be gentle while mixing the filling to keep the chicken juicy. Use fresh produce for better flavor. Consider using homemade chicken broth for richer taste.
